Journey with braces and a palatal expander part 1

Heyyyyyyyy guys! So, I just came back from the ortho, well a few minutes ago, like 20 minutes or something. Back to the story! I just got my spacers/separators today and they hurt sooooo badly! It's like somebody knocking on your teeth using a hard or heaver object. THE PAIN! I have to suffer with this spacer thing for ONE WHOLE WEEK! How the hell am I suppose to survive?! LOL dramatic much. But seriously, I feel like getting rid of these annoying thingies. GOTTA GO I can't stand the pain much longer. SHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT YOOOOOOOOOU!
